Valentine’s Fudge

Ingredients:

Chocolate Tahini Layer-

  • 60ml Med Cuisine Chocolate Tahini
  • ½ tbsp Med Cuisine Medjool Date Syrup
  • 50g Dark chocolate

Sweet Tahini Layer-

  • 80ml Med Cuisine Sweet Sesame Butter Tahini Sauce
  • ½ tbsp Med Cuisine Medjool Date Syrup
  • 2 tbsp Coconut oil
  • Pinch of Salt

Topping-

  • Heart-shaped sprinkles, dried rose petals, sea salt, or any decoration of your choice

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Chocolate Tahini Layer

  1. Break the dark chocolate into small pieces and place them in a heatproof bowl.
  2. Add the Med Cuisine Chocolate Tahini and Medjool Date Syrup.
  3. Microwave in short intervals, stirring every 30 seconds to prevent burning, until the mixture is fully melted and smooth.
  4. Pour the chocolate layer into moulds, filling each halfway.
  5. Place the moulds in the freezer for 10 minutes to set.

2. Prepare the Sweet Tahini Layer

  1. In another bowl, combine the Med Cuisine Sweet Sesame Butter Tahini Sauce, Medjool Date Syrup, and coconut oil.
  2. Add a pinch of salt to balance the flavours.
  3. Microwave the mixture in short intervals, stirring until melted and well combined.

3. Assemble the Fudge

  1. Remove the moulds with the set chocolate layer from the freezer.
  2. Fill the remaining space in each mould with the sweet tahini mixture.
  3. Return the moulds to the freezer and let the fudge set for at least 10 minutes.

4. Add the Toppings

  1. Once the fudge is set, remove it from the moulds.
  2. Decorate with your chosen toppings: heart-shaped sprinkles, dried rose petals, sea salt, or anything you love!

5. Store & Serve

  • Store the fudge in an airtight container in the freezer.
  • Let it sit at room temperature for 5 minutes before serving.
